Have companies got it wrong?
Have you ever felt that companies have got it wrong?
For far too long they have expected their employees to rock up every day, present and productive.
All whilst leaving their personal life at the door.
I have found this to be unrealistic.
Especially when you consider there are over 40 different loss events that can affect everyone’s life.
As a former CFO of a publicly listed company, I understand the correlation between people and profits.
Though what I did not understand at the time, was that as a senior officer of the company, it was my obligation to know what is happening in all employee’s lives.
