Have you noticed that every individual process grief in their own unique way?
I have found that there is no “right” or “wrong” way to grieve.
Some will express their pain easily and openly, whilst others will keep their feelings locked inside.
One thing I know for sure, is that there’s a lesson for you in every loss
situation (and there are over 40).
No matter if it’s a perceived negative or positive, there is a lesson.
Looking for the lesson is a way for us to heal quickly.
So much so, that the word actually tells us that as soon as we get the lesson, there will be “less on” us.
The quickest way to find the lesson and unwrap the Gift of loss, comes down to the questions you’re asking.
Question is another great word. Your questions lead you on a quest. Where you end up, depends entirely on the questions.
Personally, I like to ask
• What does this mean for me now?
• What am I meant to Learn?
• What requires healing?
How cool is our language?
Look for the lesson, you’ll heal have less on you: less angst, less regrets, less of everything.
