Meditation for me is all about finding some quiet time to go within. To deep dive into you – all of you not just your personality.

Many get fixated with meditation and believe it is something they can not do.

It is about being still. We are human being and its in the being that we reconnect to us. Find direction and our most ideal way forward.

20 minutes a day is all you require. There are 72, 20 minute segments in each day. Surely you can find one?

If not maybe Buddha has the solution for you.”everyone should meditate for 20 minutes everyday, and if you have no time do it for an hour!”
