Today, is Sunday the 11th of July 2021.

We are living in the most unusual times. Times where our plans can change in a second.

I am currently involved in a Sydney Lockdown, which is quite annoying considering today is two weeks after my expected date of return to the Gold Coast, Queensland after my scheduled five-day trip to Sydney.

Even though many amazing things have happened personally and professionally since I have been in Sydney, without my many gems to assist me to be mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually healthy, these past 14 days would have been very challenging.

So, with all of this in mind, today we will be exploring “What to Do When Things Beyond Your Control Happen.”
