    Most people think of loss as a death of a loved one. Though at the end of the day you’ll have a deeper understanding regarding all of the 40+ different kinds of loss events that can affect all of our lives.

    As you deep-dive into the list of 40+ loss events you begin to realise just how many loss events can occur and have occurred in your life. Have you healed from all of your loss events?

  • Understanding the Avoidance Loop

    When Loss comes to visit, most people’s default is to go into their non-coping strategies. It’s important to understand your default avoidance tactics (non-coping strategies) and how they’re affecting all areas of your life. Then you’ll understand that ‘awareness precedes choice and choice precedes change.’

  • How Balanced is Your Wellness Wheel?

    If your wellness wheel was a wheel on a car, how smooth would your ride be? Most people (when they’re honest) are having a very uncomfortable ride., as many areas of their life are out of balance. It does not have to be that way. During our time together we will be doing an in-depth analysis into your wellness wheel. Where you are now (in all nine areas of your life). Creating an action plan to move you closer to where you dream to be.

  • Your Resilience Guide to Embrace Change

    Understanding loss, all kinds of loss, assist to be able to embrace change, whilst no longer fearing it. Eventually coming to the realisation, that with every change there is some sort of loss and with every loss there will be some sort of change.
