Be Conscious of your Thoughts
Ok, I get it this sounds counter intuitive.
Though it is all about being conscious of the thoughts you are thinking.
Are they bringng you down or lifting you up?
Our outer world is first created in our inner world. So the last thing you want to happen is to fail before you even start.
When you “Think Consciously” you will self correct mid sentence.
And remember: If you would not say that thought to your best friend, stop saying it to youself!!”
